Land Acknowledgement

The areas in which I live and work are on the traditional land of the Anishinabewaki, Haudenosaunee, Mississaugas of the Credit and Attiwonderonk First Peoples. This includes the Haldimand tract, land promised to Six Nations of the Grand River, that is now illegally occupied by settler villages.

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of www.gerrytait.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Geraldine Tait.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

I do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If I learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible.
